It seems every year the Cowboys face salary cap issues and are forced to make moves and restructure contracts just to bring in some second-tier free agents. But I’m wondering, is this just normal business in the NFL?

Inspired by the Kolmogorov-Arnold representation theorem, we propose Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks (KANs) as promising alternatives to Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLPs). Survey malfeasance!
I was asked today to participate in an online survey about Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport. BB is a small airport, on an island off downtown. It has small prop aircraft only, running short commercial flights to nearby cities in Canada and the USA. It’s super convenient and much faster and easier than our big airport. BUT the people running it have been gunning for years to introduce jets, an unpopular measure for environmental reasons.
